Jeeffi is a Nenyo brand. These terms are an agreement between you and Nenyo (RC 8454470), of 3/5 Moloney Street, Onikan, Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos, about using Jeeffi.
You must give accurate details and pass identity checks, including BVN or NIN, and CAC details for a business. Keep your PIN and device safe. Payments approved with your PIN or Face ID are treated as approved by you.
Before a transfer, we check the account name with the receiving bank. If the name doesn't match, the payment can't be approved. A failed transfer is returned to your wallet.
You can connect AI agents to request payments. Agents cannot approve payments. You're responsible for which agents you connect and the limits you set, including any auto-nod rule you turn on.
Fees are listed on the Fees page and shown on every payment before you approve. Stamp duty is charged at cost where the law requires it. Pilot pricing may change.
Raising limits takes 24 hours. Money added by card can't be withdrawn for 7 days. Chargebacks are taken from your wallet, and a negative balance pauses payments and withdrawals until it's topped up.
